- 48 each Prepared cream puffs
- 1 bag JELL-O Strawberry Whip N Chill Mousse
- 1 qt. cold water
- 1-1/4 gal. strawberries, divided
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
Directions

1Cut tops from cream puffs; set aside.

2Prepare mousse mix with cold water as directed on package; set aside.

3Mash 24 of the berries (or 6 of the berries for trial recipe) with fork.

4Stir in vanilla.

5Fold into mousse.

6Chop half of the remaining strawberries; fold into mousse.

7Place remaining strawberries in food processor or blender container.

8Add sugar; cover.

9Process until pureed; set aside.

10Spoon about 1/3 cup of the mousse mixture into each cream puff; cover with top of cream puff.

11Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

12Drizzle with 1 Tbsp.
