- 1 1/2 c. strawberry fruit spread
- 1/3 c. prepared mustard
- 1/4 c. lemon juice

2With sharp knife score fat surface, making uniform diagonal cuts about 1/8 inch deep and 3/4 inch apart.

3Place ham fat side up on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake in 325° oven for 1 3/4 to 2 1/2 hours.
