- 3 qt. fresh or frozen whole strawberries
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry flavored sugar free gelatin
- 6 to 10 pkg. sugar substitute
Directions

1Crush berries until a small amount of juice forms.

2Place in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil for 2 minutes.

3Stir in gelatin until dissolved.

4Remove from heat; add the sweetener and mix well.

5Adjust sweetener to taste.

6Pour into jars.

7Store in refrigerator.
