- 1 quart strawberries washed, hulled
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup water cold
- 1/2 cup water boiling
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream whipped
- 2 x gelatin, unflavored envelopes
Directions

1Reserve several berries for garnish.

2Press remaining berries through a fine sieve.

3Add sugar and wine; stir well; chill.

4Soften gelatin in cold water.

5Add boiling water; stir to dissolve; cool.

6Combine gelatin and strawberry mixture; beat until fluffy and slightly thickened.

7Fold in whipped cream.

8Pour into non-stick 2 qt mold (or very lightly oiled one.)

9Chill at least 3 hours.

10Yield 8 servings.
