  • 5 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O

    Mix cornstarch, sugar and water.

    When mixture starts to thicken, add Jell-O.

    Cook until thick.

    Bake pie shells and cool.

    Place strawberries in bottom of pie shell and pour mixture over berries.

    Chill; serve with Cool whip.
