  • 3 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. boiling water

    In a saucepan combine sugar, Jell-O, cornstarch, salt and boiling water.

    Mix all together and bring to a boil.

    Cook until thick and clear.

    Pour over berries in the baked pie shell.
