  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
  • 9-inch pie shell
  • 1 pt. whole fresh strawberries, washed and stemmed
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 pt. strawberries
  • few drops food coloring
  • whipped cream

    Blend milk into cream cheese.

    Add confectioners sugar to cream cheese.

    Spread on pie shell.

    Cover with whole fresh strawberries.

    Combine sugar, cornstarch and water.

    Stir until blended.

    Add 1 pint strawberries, cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

    Mix in food coloring in pie shell.

    Decorate with whipped cream.
