  • 1 qt. fresh strawberries, capped and sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. strawberry jello
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 baked pie crust, cooled

Directions

    Mix cornstarch, jello and sugar.

    Add water and cook over medium heat until it thickens.

    Cool completely.

    Stir in strawberries. Pour in pie crust.

    Top with Cool Whip.

    Chill.
