  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 Tbsp strawberry gelatin or jello
  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 qt strawberries
  • whip cream

Directions

    Combine sugar, cornstarch and water cook until thick - add few drops red food color and strawberry jello.

    Cool.

    Spread the bottom of pie shell with cream cheese and milk.

    Fill shell with strawberries. Pour glaze over all and chill.

    Top with whip cream. To serve: Try this pie with fresh fruit peaches - etc.
