  • 1 qt. strawberries, washed and drained on paper towel
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 4 Tbsp. strawberry jello
  • 1 c. boiling water

Directions

    Mix sugar, cornstarch, jello and boiling water. Let the mixture come to a boil. Take off stove and let cool. Cook pie crust and let it cool. Cook pie crust lightly brown. Put strawberries in crust. Pour cooled mixture over the strawberries. Chill 4 hours. Serve with whipped cream.
