- 2 lb. fresh string beans, sliced in strips
- 3 medium zucchini
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
Directions

1Oil the bottom of a steel pan or Dutch oven.

2First, add the onion, then the zucchini (sliced with the skin on), then the string beans and herbs.

3Add 1/4 cup water.

4Cover tightly.

5Cook on very low heat for about 20 minutes.
