  • 24 graham crackers
  • 2 c. applesauce, divided into 2 portions
  • 2 small pkg. diet or regular jello (contrasting colors)
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix jello packet with one cup of applesauce and mix contrasting jello with second cup of applesauce.

    Do not separate graham crackers.

    Place two sections of two lengthwise on dish.

    Spread with jello/applesauce mixture.

    Place two more sections on top and spread with contrasting jello-applesauce mix.

    Continue layering crackers with alternating flavors (peach and raspberry are especially good).
