  • 1 1/2 lb. veal or 1 lb. veal and 1/2 lb. pork
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 oz. sherry (1/4 c.)
  • 1/2 c. beef bouillon
  • mushrooms (optional)

Directions

    Mix veal, soup and milk.

    Make into small balls.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
