- 1 small porterhouse steak
- 3 Tbsp. oil (peanut)
- 3 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. flour
- 2 c. chopped white/yellow onion
- Worcestershire sauce
- sour cream
Directions

1Cut porterhouse into small strips (bite sized).

2Heat oil and black pepper in skillet (hot).

3Toss steak pieces in flour.

4Remove and shake off excess flour.

5Brown in hot oil.

6Reserve steak. Cool skillet slightly (add more oil or liquid, Worcestershire). Add slowly and cook chopped onion.

7When onion is transparent, return steak to skillet, add a big dollop of sour cream over all and warm slightly.
