  • 1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 1/3 lb. salami, sliced thin
  • 1/3 lb. boiled ham, sliced thin
  • 1/3 lb. Provolone, shredded or sliced thin
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • parsley flakes
  • garlic powder
  • well beaten egg

Directions

    Roll dough to an 8 x 12-inch rectangle.

    Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

    Cover dough with meat and cheese.

    Roll up lengthwise and seal ends and edges.

    Let rise again until almost double.

    Brush with beaten egg, parsley and oregano.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

    Place loaf seam side down on greased cookie sheet.
