- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 (14 oz) can low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 large red potatoes, cubed
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 c frozen corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 3 c milk, divided
- 1/4 c flour
Directions

1In a large saucepan over medium heat, saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender.

2Add broth and potatoes; bring to boil.

3Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender.
