  • fresh pizza dough or can of pizza crust
  • 1/2 lb. Italian sausage, cooked
  • Provolone cheese, shredded

Directions

    Roll out dough to 12 x 16-inch rectangle.

    Crumble cooked sausage evenly over dough.

    Spread cheese over sausage.

    Starting at end roll dough.

    Pierce through with fork to allow steam to escape.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.

    Cool. Slice into 1-inch sections.
