- 1 small container sour cream
- apricot jam
- 1/2 c. walnuts
- sugar
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 1/2 c. raisins
- cinnamon
Directions

1Cut butter into flour.

2Add sour cream.

3Divide into 2 or 3 parts. Refrigerate 3 or 4 hours.

4Roll dough 1/8-inch thick. Spread with apricot jam.

5Mix raisins and walnuts together. Spread thinly on top of jam.

6Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll as for jelly roll.

7Cut slits in top 1/2-inch apart. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.

8Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes until brown.
