  • acorn squash
  • 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
  • paprika
  • apples
  • 4 tsp. chutney
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo

Directions

    Peel, quarter, core and boil squash in salted water until tender; drain.

    Season with brown sugar and paprika.

    Bake apple quarters in covered baking dish in a 325° oven with two tablespoons of butter or oleo.

    Place 1/4 apples in each 1/4 squash.

    Pour over each 1 teaspoon chutney.

    Heat in 400° oven (1 squash and 1 apple = 4 servings).
