- apples
- 4 tsp. chutney
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
Directions

1Peel, quarter, core and boil squash in salted water until tender; drain.

2Season with brown sugar and paprika.

3Bake apple quarters in covered baking dish in a 325° oven with two tablespoons of butter or oleo.

4Place 1/4 apples in each 1/4 squash.

5Pour over each 1 teaspoon chutney.

6Heat in 400° oven (1 squash and 1 apple = 4 servings).
