- 1 handful Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

1Prepare artichokes by cutting off stems even with base.

2Peel stems and set aside.

3Snap off the small lower leaves and discard. Snip off thorns.

4Take each artichoke and bang on edge of a counter to open leaves.
