- 4 fish fillets (4 oz. each)
- 2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. reduce calorie margarine
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 4 slices reduced calorie white bread, crumbled
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in skillet. Saute onion until tender.

3Add bread crumbs, basil, salt and pepper.

4Mix well.

5Layer stuffing mixture evenly in 8 x 8-inch baking dish sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray.

6Place fillets on top of stuffing.

7Melt 2 teaspoons margarine.

8Drizzle over fish.

9Sprinkle paprika on top.

10Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
