- bell peppers
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- cooked rice
- 1/2 onion, cut up
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. tomato sauce
Directions

1Cut bell peppers in half.

2Boil bell peppers for 30 minutes. Place bell peppers in baking dish.

3Mix in bowl meat, onion, tomato sauce and rice.

4Fill peppers.

5Pour a little of sauce over top.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
