Stuffed Bell Peppers

- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 3/4 c. rice
- small onion, chopped
- Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- Accent seasoning
- 4 medium to large bell peppers
- grated cheese (optional)
Directions

1Cook rice and let cool. Wash and cut the tops out of the bell peppers.

2Mix the ground chuck, cooked rice, onions and whatever amount of the other ingredients you want completely.

3Stuff this into the bell peppers.

4Wrap into aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour or until peppers are done.

5Cut bell peppers in half and top with grated cheese.
