- 1 loaf Italian bread
- 2 lb. ground meat
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can celery or mushroom soup
- 1 large pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Cut off top of bread; make trough by removing insides.

2Cook beef; drain off fat.

3Add onion, bell pepper, soups and crumbled insides of bread to ground meat; mix well.

4Stuff filling in bread trough.

5Top with grated cheese.

6Put top back on loaf.

7Wrap in foil.

8Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

9Let cool before serving.
