- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 box stuffing mix (chicken flavor)
Directions

1Prepare stuffing mix according to directions on box.

2Mix milk and ground beef and divide into 4 to 6 patties.

3In center of each patty, put 1/4 cup stuffing and mold meat around stuffing to form a ball.

4Place on 8 x 8-inch pan and pour soup over meat.

5Bake 1 hour at 350°.

6Baste several times.

7Serve with vegetables, potatoes and salad.

8Use soup sauce as a gravy.
