  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (14 1/2 to 16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar (optional)
