- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 10 large cabbage leaves
- 2 c. tomatoes
Directions

1Saute onion, mushrooms and beef in butter over medium heat. Remove and mix in cooked rice.

2Add to cabbage leaves and roll up; secure with toothpick.

3Place in pan and pour tomatoes and their juice over rolls.

4Sprinkle with salt and sugar.

5Cover; turn heat on medium until cover is hot.

6Reduce to low and cook for 20 minutes or until cabbage is done.
