- 1 head cabbage
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1/3 c. rice, cooked
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1 to 2 stalks celery
- 1 small piece salt pork
- 1 tomato paste
Directions

1Partly boil cabbage 1/2 hour.

2Remove from water.

3Set aside to cool.

4Saute salt pork, garlic, onions and chopped celery.

5Add to hamburg mixture and rice, salt and pepper.

6Fill every leaf of cabbage with mixture.

7Roll up and place in pan.

8Mix tomato paste with 1 can of water.

9Pour over cabbage roll.

10Bake 2 hours at 350°.
