Stuffed Cabbage Casserole

- 1 head cabbage, chopped or shredded
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onion
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 1/2 cans water
- 1 c. Mozzarella
Directions

1Saute the ground beef and onion.

2In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place the cabbage.

3Spoon beef mixture over cabbage.

4Put the soup and water into saucepan and bring to a boil.

5Pour over cabbage and rice. Sprinkle Mozzarella over all and cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
