Stuffed Cabbage Casserole

  • 1 head cabbage, chopped or shredded
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 cans water
  • 1 c. Mozzarella

Directions

    Saute the ground beef and onion.

    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place the cabbage.

    Spoon beef mixture over cabbage.

    Put the soup and water into saucepan and bring to a boil.

    Pour over cabbage and rice. Sprinkle Mozzarella over all and cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
