- 1 medium cabbage
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 soup can water
Directions

1Cut up cabbage.

2Place in a greased baking dish.

3Brown beef and onion.

4Stir in rice and place mixture on the cabbage.

5Season to taste with salt and pepper.

6Combine soup and water; pour over all.

7Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
