- 8 cabbage leaves
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 6 saltines
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg
Directions

1Cook cabbage leaves in boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Drain.

2Mix meats, crushed crackers, onion, salt and pepper.

3Add beaten egg.

4Mix well.

5Place 3 tablespoons of meat mixture on each leaf and roll.

6Fasten with toothpick.

7Put in large skillet and cover with spaghetti sauce.

8Cover skillet and simmer about 1 hour.
