  • 1/4 c. Longhorn cheese
  • 1/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c. American cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 6 green peppers, untopped (clear guts)
  • 1 medium whole onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper

    Grate each cheese.

    Stuff peppers with cheese, onion and pepper.

    Wrap with foil and bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes or grill 30 minutes.
