Stuffed Cheese Rolls

  • 12 medium or small French rolls
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 green bell pepper, minced
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 1 (8 oz.) stuffed green olives
  • 3 Tbsp. tomato sauce
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Cut tops off of rolls; reserve.

    Remove inside of roll. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.

    Place filling in each roll. Replace reserved top.

    Wrap each roll in waxed paper, twisting ends.

    Heat at 250° for 30 minutes in flat pan.
