Stuffed Chicken Cutlets

  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
  • 2 to 3 eggs
  • bread crumbs
  • 1 pkg. thin chicken cutlets
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Prepare Stove Top stuffing.

    For each chicken cutlet put 1 tablespoon of stuffing in middle, roll and put in toothpicks to keep closed.

    Dip in egg, then in bread crumbs.

    Brown on all sides.

    Put in separate pan.

    When all cutlets have been browned, pour cream of chicken soup over it and cover pan with aluminum foil.

    Bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350°.
