- 8 fryer chicken thighs, boned
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 3 slices bacon
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook bacon in small pan over low heat until crisp (about 10 minutes).

2Remove bacon; crumble and set aside.

3Pour off drippings, except for 2 tablespoons (reserve for later).

4Add celery and onion to drippings left in pan.

5Saute for 5 minutes or until soft.

6Remove from heat; add sherry, poultry seasoning, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, bread crumbs and bacon.

7Stir until thoroughly mixed.
