- 2 cans (8 oz.) Snow's minced clams, drained (save juice)
- 24 clam shells
- 1/2 bag cubed bread stuffing (4 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- additional butter
Directions

1Divide clams evenly in bottom of shells.

2Mix next 4 ingredients and juice.

3Cover clams in shells with crumb mixture. Top with additional small pats of butter.

4Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

5After first 15 minutes, sprinkle with Sauterne, if desired.

6Bake remaining 5 minutes.
