  • 2 cans (8 oz.) Snow's minced clams, drained (save juice)
  • 24 clam shells
  • 1/2 bag cubed bread stuffing (4 c.)
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • additional butter

Directions

    Divide clams evenly in bottom of shells.

    Mix next 4 ingredients and juice.

    Cover clams in shells with crumb mixture. Top with additional small pats of butter.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    After first 15 minutes, sprinkle with Sauterne, if desired.

    Bake remaining 5 minutes.
