- 1 pkg. Stove Top long grain and wild rice stuffing mix
- 6 Cornish game hens
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. orange juice or white wine
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Prepare stuffing as directed on package.

2Do not stuff hens until ready to roast.

3Rinse hens with cold water.

4Pat dry.

5Rub neck and body cavities with salt and pepper.

6Lightly stuff cavities with prepared stuffing.

7Roast at 400° for 1 hour.

8Place any remaining stuffing in a small baking dish; bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

9(Meanwhile, heat orange juice and butter; baste hens frequently during the last 30 minutes of roasting.)
