- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 5 to 6 Cornish hens
Directions

1Cook rice according to directions.

2Add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle cavity of hens with salt.

3Stuff mixture into cavities. Loosely cover with foil.

4Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

5Uncover and continue baking 1 hour, basting occasionally with butter. Makes 6 servings.
