- 12 hard-cooked eggs
- 1 c. (8 oz. can) crab meat, flaked
- 1 Tbsp. French salad dressing mix
- 1 c. celery
- 1 Tbsp. green pepper
- 1/3 c. sour cream
Directions

1Finely chop celery and green pepper; set aside.

2Slice eggs in half, lengthwise; remove yolks and mash.

3Combine yolks and crab meat, celery, green pepper, salad dressing mix and sour cream, blending well.

4Stir until well mixed.

5Refill egg whites.

6Chill until serving time.
