- 1/2 c. baby shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. fish stock
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Make incision on dark side of flounder.

2Remove backbone by carving from center to each side.

3With 2 sides slightly separated, remove all remaining bones.
