Stuffed Flounder(Student Favorite)

- 4 small whole flounder
- 1/2 c. crabmeat
- 1/2 c. chopped shrimp
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. each: chopped onion, celery and bell pepper
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 c. Progresso bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Saute vegetables in margarine.

2Combine vegetables and all other ingredients in mixing bowl.

3Loosely stuff flounder with mixture.

4Sprinkle with paprika.

5Wrap tail in aluminum foil. Baste flounder with cooking oil or margarine.

6Bake for 25 minutes at 350°, basting once.
