Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 slices day old shredded bread
- pepper to taste
- 8 medium shrimp, cooked, peeled, cleaned and diced
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 fresh halibut fillets

Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2To make bread stuffing, saute onion and celery in 2 tablespoons water to moisten.

3Rinse halibut.

4Lay one fillet, skin down, in margarine-coated baking dish.

5Cover with bread stuffing.

6Lay second fillet on top of the stuffing and press down firmly.

7Secure with toothpicks.

8Coat top of fish with margarine.

9Bake in 375° oven for 25 minutes.

10Serve hot.
