- 1 pkg. large pasta shells
- 2 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook shells according to package directions and drain. Separate or they will stick together.

2Cool.

3Mix together remaining ingredients.

4Put your favorite spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a pan.

5Squeeze the shells lightly and they will open for easy filling.

6Fill each with a generous portion of the cheese mixture.

7Put shells on top of sauce and pour more sauce on top. Sprinkle with more oregano and shredded cheese.

8Bake in warm oven to heat and serve.
