  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 14 manicotti shells or 24 large macaroni shells, cooked and drained
  • oregano

    Brown beef, onion and garlic; drain and cool. Add Cheddar, cottage and Mozzarella cheeses and mayo. Mix well. Carefully spoon into shells and place in a large casserole dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with oregano. Sprinkle with extra Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses. Cover and bake for 15 minutes at 350°. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes at 350°.
