  • thin woven wheat crackers
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb. mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream

    Crush 30 crackers.

    Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add mushrooms, peppers and garlic; cook 8 min.

    or until peppers are crisp-tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring occasionally.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in cracker crumbs, cheese and sour cream.

    Serve with additional crackers.
