  • 1 pkg. jumbo shells or lasagna noodles
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • pepper to taste
  • parsley flakes
  • favorite spaghetti sauce
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook shells or half cook lasagna noodles; set aside.

    Combine cheeses, eggs, parsley and pepper.

    Stuff cooked shells or place a large tablespoon of filling on lasagna noodle and roll up.

    Pour 1/2 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce into a 9 x 13-inch pan; place shells on top.

    Pour rest of sauce over shells.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Cover with foil.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
