Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mushrooms, remove stems and chop fine
  • 1/4 lb. loose sausage
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp. parsley, chopped fine
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • enough hot water to make moist
  • salt to taste
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning

Directions

    Brown sausage, stems, onion and parsley.

    Add butter, bread crumbs, egg, water, salt, garlic powder and poultry seasoning. Stuff mushrooms and place on buttered cookie sheet. Bake in a 350° oven for 1/2 hour.
