- 8 oz. large fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- dash of salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Directions

1Wash mushrooms.

2Remove and chop stems.

3In 1-quart casserole, combine stems, onions and butter.

4Microwave at High 2 minutes or until tender.

5Stir in bread crumbs, cheese and seasoning.

6Pile in caps.

7Arrange caps on paper towel lined plate with large caps to outside.

8Microwave at High 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until heated through.

9Rotate plate once or twice during cooking.
