- 20 medium mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 lb. ground pork sausage
- 4 oz. soft cream cheese
- 1/2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
Directions

1Clean mushrooms and remove stems.

2Chop stems in small pieces and saute in butter.

3Saute sausage and drain well.

4Mix cream cheese and dressing mix; add sausage and stems.

5Stuff mushroom caps with mixture.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

7Serves 6.
