- 1 pt. fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. dry fine bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. powdered oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. sherry wine
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
Directions

1Rinse mushrooms, remove stems and chop stems into fine pieces. Leave mushrooms caps full; saute lightly in butter.

2Remove from pan.

3Saute chopped stems for about 10 minutes.

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Cool.

6Fill mushroom caps with mixture; press lightly into the hollows.

7Broil until hot and lightly browned (3 to 5 minutes).
